Archive your assumptions with The Learning Map

You are of course already working with assumptions and experiments, but how do you know that you are not focusing all your learning in the wrong direction? One way to keep track of your learnings is to create a Learning Map where you put all your assumptions after they haven been validated. It could look like the one below.

If you print this on a big piece of paper and put your post-it notes of validated assumptions where they fit the best, you will after a while see patterns emerge. Are they all about technical issues or are you testing in more than one area?
