The Growth Hacker basics

A workshop session in which we learn how to build models of growth and discover the activities that leads to maximum growth.

 

In order to run successful growth experiments, one must have a theory, or a model, about how growth works for one’s offering. By building growth models a team can much easier discuss and focus on activities that lead to maximum growth.

 

We look at growth modelling for three common business types:

  • The app or digital service.
  • The B2B sales
  • The community or tribe

 

The session involves basic growth modelling and a way of working with experiments.
